This machine can produce natural color and printed vest bags using HDPE, LDPE, and biodegradable material (corn starch) cylinder film as raw materials. Using a computer programming control system and servo motor automatic length setting, the entire process of feeding, sealing, cutting, punching, and conveying is completed in one go.
Product features:
1. Equipped with two servo motor control systems, computer control, PLC touch screen display, and Panasonic photoelectric eye tracking control, the operation is intuitive and convenient, and two color printed bags can be produced simultaneously.
2. The host adopts an imported frequency converter to simulate speed regulation and an automatic feeding system to ensure smooth bag making and accurate sealing and cutting. Automatic punch press folding device, conveyor belt bag feeding function, easy to collect.
3. Swing type discharge system, combined with bag bottom shaping design, ensures neat bag collection and accurate punching position.
4. The cutting blade adopts current independent heating, high-precision temperature controller for automatic temperature control, easy operation, and accurate temperature control.
5. The whole machine adopts IC electronic circuit automatic control, socket design, easy to replace; And it has the functions of no material, material breakage, and material blockage shutdown.
